At EAF, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may have the right to return it in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

You may simply send us a clear statement informing us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may also use the applicable statutory withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

2. Returning the Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

3. Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returned products should therefore be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, except for handling reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods, or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, we will process the applicable refund in accordance with the law.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at eaf7777.contact@gmail.com and provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Where applicable, we will provide the remedies required by law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or circumstances provided for by applicable law, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

If a specific product is subject to a statutory exception, this will be communicated to you before purchase.
